The Cluster Team is:

Dave Eaglestone, Cluster Literacy Consultant.

Dave is the former Headteacher of Gladstone primary school and works for the Cluster as our Literacy Consultant. Dave has a great deal of experience and uses that to good effect to support both primary and secondary Cluster schools to develop and share good practice. Dave also works on the “Big Up Your Future” project with particular responsibility for the Reading Champions scheme.

Heather Atkinson former English teacher of Edensor High School.  Heather has now retired and is working on managing the Accelerated Reading project,  Transition and Fast Forward which is part of “Big Up Your Future”.

Sue Kelsall and Andrea Bridgewood from Gladstone Primary received training to deliver the ROWA! “Better Words” programme for both the Cluster and the city and have begun delivering in Cluster 3.
